I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I will return again in the future.

We reserved a standard room in the Tower and when we checked in we found out the only non-smoking rooms available had twin beds. Beware- they do not reserve rooms by bed or smoking preference, just class. We upgraded to a deluxe room in the main building and were very happy with our room. It was spacious, well-appointed and quiet (despite the fact that they were remodeling on the same floor!). This hotel is centrally located and the service was superb! I would definately stay there again.

The hotel is a very pleasant surprise. The room size is much bigger than expected, hotel staff speaks English. The hotel is conveniently located by the subway, there is a Tully's Coffee in the shopping plaza adjacent to the hotel which makes up for the expensive restaurants inside the hotel. The Garden is spectacular. And we can purchase train tickent inside the hotel. Will certainly stay there again !

I stayed there in Dec 06 and was extremely delighted by the fact that all staff were very fluent in English, and really helpful! Best part was the size of the room, (much bigger than expected), location of Nagatacho and Akasaka-mitsuke stations nearby, priority tickets for hotel guests to the Airport Limo Bus, this place is a one-stop hospitality place for all tourists, you don't have to worry about forgetting any part of your holiday arrangements.

I visited in Nov 2006 and liked the hotel a lot. The property is beautiful and gardens are awesome. There is a subway station close to the hotel that allows you to get wherever you want to go. The food is pricey but there are a ton of places to eat close by. Use the hotel shuttle to the airport it was like $22 and worth it.

6. From: Daniel G., San Francisco CA USA

Although the hotel is huge, I never got the feeling that the staff were impersonal or in a hurry to answer questions, as they would be in an American hotel of similar size. The hotel seemed quiet despite hundreds of guests. And the view from the 31st floor room was not to be believed. The rooms are very spacious by Japanese standards, and the location is ideally situated near two subway lines. Plenty of affordable restaurants near the hotel, so, DON'T eat in the hotel, unless you want to spend all your money at the hotel.... Ridiculous prices....!

The property is lovely, the Japanese Garden is beautiful and the service in the hotel was first class all the way. Yes, the food and drinks in the hotel are very pricey, you would be better served eating outside the hotel We did enjoy breakfast at the Garden which was about 22 US per person but include unlimited pastries, juices and coffee, in addition to the eggs, bacon and fried potatoes that were served. We had dinner one night at the Belle View, the hotel's Italian resteraunt located on the 40th floor. The view, food and service was exceptional but with wine ran 340.00 US

I had forgotten my international electrical plug converter at home. I called guest services and asked where I could purchase another and they brought one up to my room immediately and instructed me to just leave it in the room when I checked out. Super fast service I had barely had time to hang up the phone before the door bell rang. Every staff member I encountered spoke English well and was exceptionally courteous. All in room services are ridiculously expensive. Buddhist teachings next to the bible made for fascinating reading when I got rained in.

9. From: Ken H., Reno Nv Usa
 Date of Stay: May, 2007
Stayed for a week, very nice. Tons of amenities and features. Subway 5 minutes away. DOZENS of places to eat (from $10 to $1000 a head), over 100 shops, etc. plus entertainment 5 minutes away. If you want a ?safe bet? ? just stay here, you will not regret it. While you will be fine in jeans and a T-shirt coming and going, this is obviously a hi-end facility, bring some nice cloths for the better restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again ? way cheaper than it should be.
